Long time no blog!

I cannot believe that it has been MONTHS since I last blogged!  Time seems to go so quickly these days, weeks are like 24 hours to me!  Business has picked up a lot, so I guess I haven't really had that much time to keep up to date with certain things - well that's my excuse...I am, however, going to try and blog as much as possible from now on, as there may be something rather exciting happening in the not so distant future!

Somehow I have managed to delete some of my old posts (not that it matters as they weren't that great)  but since I last posted I have been kept busy with many wedding orders, 21st birthdays and other occasions!

Merristwood Golf Club were extremely impressed with the cake I made for my lovely bride Lisa, so impressed that they got in touch and asked if I would be interested in having a stall at their Bridal Fayre next month - unfortunately I had to decline the offer as I've got orders to fulfill, but I'm definitely attending their next one!

I have also been contacted by Wedding TV to see if I would be interested in being on their second series of The Great Cake Bake, presented by Sian Lloyd.  I honestly can't believe it!  Infact, I am wondering if maybe it's someone winding me up!?  Either way I've agreed to take part (if it is genuine) and am being contacted over the next few days to arrange a time to film my "bio" and chat to the producers...I do not have a clue how or where I am going to get the confidence from to do this!  Anyone who knows me, knows that I am quite a shy and quiet girl - but hey, it's an amazing opportunity and I would be an absolute fool to say no!

I think I'll leave it here for this evening, but I will make sure that I keep you all up to date with the tv show gossip, and all other things cupcake-related - that's a promise!
